How to make Falahari Namkeen?

For your information, let us tell you that the nine-day festival of Navratri is going to start from October 3. Devotees of Mata Rani keep fast during these nine days to please her. If you also keep fast during Navratri, then you must try making this Falahari Namkeen to satisfy your hunger during fasting. By eating this Falahari Namkeen, you can also get rid of the weakness felt due to fasting.

First step- To make Falahari Namkeen, first of all put about one spoon of ghee in the pan and heat it.

Second step- Now put one cup peanuts, one cup almonds, one cup cashews and one cup makhana in this pan and fry all these things well.

Third step- After this, you have to fry about half a cup of grated coconut till it becomes light golden.

Fourth step- If you want, you can also add raisins to this mixture. After lightly roasting the raisins, take this mixture out of the pan.

Fifth step- After this, heat some ghee in a pan and fry half a spoon of cumin seeds. Now you have to temper it with two chopped green chillies.

Sixth step- Add all the roasted dry fruits, half a teaspoon of rock salt, half a teaspoon of black pepper, and half a teaspoon of sugar to this seasoning and mix well.

Seventh step- To enhance the taste of Falahari Namkeen, keep frying this mixture on low flame for some time.

Eighth Step- Your tasty and healthy Falahari Namkeen is ready to serve. You can eat this special Namkeen during Navratri fast.
