Lifestyle News Desk, Urine usually comes out when you cough, sneeze or laugh. This problem occurs more with women. This happens when the pelvic muscles become weak. If you want to keep your pelvic floor healthy, then some yogasanas can be helpful for you. By doing these exercises daily, your pelvic muscles feel much better. Know which exercises to include in your daily exercise routine.
Side Lunges – To do this, stand with your feet about a foot apart. Maintaining this position, place both heels on the floor and bend one knee. Place your hands on the floor. Then keep the other leg straight and externally rotate the straight leg deep into the hip socket so that your toes point toward the ceiling. Pause for a moment and repeat on the other side.
Glute Bridges – Lie on your back with your knees bent. Make sure your feet are flat on the floor and your hands are at your sides, palms facing down. Squeezing your glutes and pelvic muscles, press your hips up toward the ceiling, now lift your butt off the floor. Be careful not to lift your hips too high to avoid strain on your lower back. Pause for a moment and lower your butt back to the mat. Then repeat.
Deep Squats – Stand with your feet slightly wider than hip-width apart and your toes pointed forward or slightly out. Then bend your knees and sit down, as if you were sitting in a chair. During the squat, breathe in as you come down, then exhale and contract your pelvic floor to do a Kegel as you go up.
