In such a situation, come back to cycling. After losing weight, there will be fatigue and constant tiredness.

• Cycling for one hour reduces approximately 500 calories. • Don’t just lose weight. Cycling also helps in building leg muscles.

• Cycling develops the ability to balance the entire body.
If you want to cycle on the road then you have to cycle carefully, which also increases concentration. So if your child is a little older then you can also gift a bicycle on his birthday.

• By cycling you can stay away from diseases like obesity, diabetes etc. and it also keeps your heart good.

Recently many people are becoming victims of depression. So you can ride a bicycle to reduce fatigue. However, do not go out with your bicycle after returning from work. You can go home and rest for at least half an hour.

Do not cycle on a full stomach. If you want to cycle after waking up in the morning, then cycle only after eating something light. Make a habit of driving at moderate speed for long periods of time rather than cycling very fast.

• Many people ride bicycles in small fields or on rooftops. This does not reduce much weight. Bicycle on the open road. If you drive in the morning, you won’t have to worry about a lot of cars. However, do not wear headphones while cycling.
