Here we are telling the method of making corn chaat. Corn chaat is a healthy snack which tastes great. People prepare corn chaat in different ways, but here we are telling the method of making it in a new way. Corn is full of taste and nutrients. Which is best to satisfy the hunger in the evening.

To make Corn Chaat you need-
2 bowls of corn kernels
1 medium tomato chopped
1 medium chopped green capsicum
1 medium onion chopped
1/2 teaspoon ghee
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper powder
1 tablespoon Chat Masala

How To Make Corn Chaat
To make it, boil the corn grains on medium flame till they become soft. Then put ghee in a pan, then when it becomes hot, add onion, tomato and green coriander. Along with this, add chaat masala, salt, black pepper. Now cover it and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes. When it is roasted, add boiled corn and lemon juice to it. Mix it well and cook for some time. Now garnish with green coriander and serve immediately.
