Yoga In Pregnancy: If you want to stay fit even during pregnancy and want to stay away from problems, then do these five yogasanas. These will help in reducing complications in pregnancy.

Many types of complications have to be faced during pregnancy. From vomiting, dizziness and difficulty in breathing in the first trimester to swelling in the legs and back pain in the last three months, most women are troubled. Yoga helps in dealing with all these. Many actresses take the help of yoga so that they do not have to face any kind of problems during pregnancy. Not only this, if yoga is practiced in the last three months of pregnancy, then the chances of normal delivery increase and cesarean is avoided.

Know from Baba Ramdev which yoga is beneficial during pregnancy

Tadasana

Generally, everyone can do Tadasana. But Tadasana is an easy yogasana for pregnant women. Doing this increases blood circulation. It also gives mental peace.

Virabhadrasana

Women who have a lot of complaints of back pain should definitely do Virabhadrasana. Doing this asana strengthens the body and also reduces digestive problems. Pregnant women can do Virabhadrasana for at least five minutes.

Sukhasana

Sukhasana is a relaxing posture. Doing this gives mental peace. Pregnant women should definitely practice Sukhasana yoga daily. This not only relaxes the woman but also the unborn child and helps in strengthening the brain.

Baddhakonasana

Doing Baddhakonasana relaxes the leg muscles. It also relaxes and strengthens the pelvic floor muscles. Doing this asana daily in the third trimester helps in normal delivery.

Vrikshasana

Stand upright and place the sole of the left foot on top of the right foot. Place your hands together in a pranam mudra on your chest and practice for thirty seconds each with both feet. Doing this asana relaxes the mind and keeps the body posture correct.
