How to make Moong Dal Pakora?
First step: To make moong dal pakora, first of all soak one cup of yellow moong dal in water at night. In the morning, filter the dal water. Now grind half a cup of moong dal and garlic coarsely in a mixer jar.
Second step: Now, take half a cup of moong dal in a bowl and add coarsely ground moong dal. Now add 2 to 3 teaspoons of curd, 2 finely chopped onions, one teaspoon garam masala, one teaspoon chaat masala, one teaspoon red chili powder and salt according to taste. Your pakora mixture is ready.
Third step: Now turn on the gas and place a deep pan on top. Now pour oil in it, when the oil becomes hot, put small balls of the mixture in the pan. Deep fry them on medium flame till they turn golden. When they turn red, remove them from the pan. Your moong dal pakoras are ready. Now eat them with green chutney.
