How to do Balasana
To do Balasana, first spread a mat on the ground and sit in Vajrasana posture with your legs folded facing the sun. After this, while breathing, take both your hands up and bend forward while exhaling. Continue this sequence until your palms touch the ground. After this, after coming into this posture, rest your head on the ground and leave the body continuously and feel relaxed. Inhale and exhale. Do not hurry while inhaling and exhaling. You can remain in this posture for 1 to 3 minutes. Do this at least 5 times daily.
