Due to busy schedules, some people are often unable to take care of their grief properly. Outside food and unhealthy foods increase the cholesterol in their body. As cholesterol level increases, the risk of heart disease, blood pressure and other serious diseases increases, which is a matter of concern. But the good thing is that you can control your cholesterol by adopting some easy habits after waking up in the morning. Morning is the best time to give energy to your body and adopt healthy habits. If you start your day the right way, it not only helps in reducing cholesterol but also improves your overall health. Let us know those 7 things in the morning which will automatically control your cholesterol.

1. Lukewarm lemon water

Start the morning not with your mobile but with lukewarm water. Drinking a glass of lukewarm water with lemon squeezed in it in the morning on an empty stomach flushes out toxins from the body and speeds up metabolism, which helps in reducing extra fat and bad cholesterol.

2. Fiber rich breakfast

Eat fiber rich things in breakfast, like you can include oats, fruits, and nuts in your diet. Fiber reduces bad cholesterol and strengthens the digestive system.

3. Eat a handful of nuts

Eat a handful of almonds, walnuts and flax seeds in the morning. These nuts are rich in Omega 3, which reduces bad cholesterol and improves good cholesterol. But remember that you have to eat them in small quantities only.

4. Morning walk

Taking a morning walk is the best way to reduce cholesterol. Therefore, if possible, take a 30-minute walk daily. It helps in keeping the heart healthy and reducing cholesterol. It increases good cholesterol and reduces bad cholesterol.

5. Yoga and stretching

Yoga not only reduces stress but also controls cholesterol. Therefore, do Bhujangasana, Vajrasana and Tadasana early in the morning. These are beneficial for cholesterol. Apart from this, you can also do stretching for some time.

6. Drink green tea instead of coffee

If you start your morning with a cup of coffee then you need to change it. Drink green tea instead of coffee. Anti-oxidants found in green tea help in reducing cholesterol.

7. Avoid sweets

Avoid eating anything sweet in the morning. Consuming sugar can reduce your good cholesterol. Therefore, if possible, choose honey, jaggery or sweet fruits instead of sugar.
