Ingredients for making Potato Uttapam
-1 cup rice
-2 boiled potatoes
-1 onion, chopped
-1 carrot, chopped into pieces
1 cup cabbage, finely chopped
-1 capsicum, cut into pieces
-2 green chillies, chopped into pieces
-2 tbsp ginger, finely chopped
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
– salt to taste
How to make Potato Uttapam
To make Aloo Uttapam, first soak the rice for 5 hours. Now put the soaked rice, boiled potatoes, water, ginger and green chillies in a blender and blend it. When the batter is ready, take it out in a large bowl, add chopped cabbage, carrots, capsicum and onions, chili flakes, salt and black pepper and mix well.
