Every day there are reports of people dying due to heart attack at a young age. Most doctors attribute this to unhealthy lifestyle. Many times people do not try to keep themselves fit despite knowing all the things. The reason for this could be laziness. If you are also lazy and are not doing anything to stay fit, then you should take small steps. Recently Dr. Shiv Kumar Sarin gave an interview to ANI. In which he has told about some methods to stay fit, which you can easily follow in your daily routine. Know from them how sleep can help you in living a long and healthy life.

How many minutes more sleep is beneficial?
Doctors have said sleep is essential to stay healthy and fit. If you take 7 hours of comfortable sleep daily then you can eliminate the problem of fatty liver. If you sleep half or even an hour less then you may face obesity. On the other hand, if you sleep 18 minutes more every day then you can live a long life. Doctors say that children who are below 12 years of age and are sleeping less than 9 hours daily can also face obesity.

Right time to sleep is important
Doctors say that people who sleep after 2 to 6 pm and those who sleep between 8 pm to 10 pm, the problem of obesity is many times more in those people who sleep between 2 to 6 pm. . Experts say that these days people come late from work and then go to sleep after eating, they are quite unhealthy.

Follow this doctor’s advice
Doctors say that to stay fit you need to change your mind set. If you change your mind set, you will be able to keep yourself fit. If you are lazy and trying to stay fit, take small steps. If you go to office by car, park the car one kilometer before the office. And go to the office. Take care of eating and drinking there. Eat only 50 percent less food than your hunger, by doing this the stomach will remain empty and there will be no problem of acidity.
