To make Sprouts Paneer Tikki you need-
1 cup sprouts
half cup grated cheese
5-6 green chillies
1 ginger
2 garlic cloves
1 small sized onion
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1/2 tsp garam masala
salt to taste
How to make tikkis
To make this, finely chop green chillies, garlic and onion in boiled sprouts and mix them together and then blend them coarsely. Then take it out in a vessel and add grated cheese to it. Now mix well and add all the spices in it. If the mix becomes wet then add roasted gram flour to it. Now take a little portion of this mix and make tikkis.
