To make Achari Paneer Roll you need-
homemade bread
a cup of cheese
½ cup Greek yogurt
teaspoon of salt
one spoon kashmiri chilli
half teaspoon turmeric
one spoon pickle masala
one spoon chaat masala
One tablespoon Kasoori Methi
half teaspoon coriander powder
half cup capsicum
one spoon oregano
2 tbsp tandoori cheese spread
How to make rolls
To make rolls, mix curd with salt, Kashmiri chilli, turmeric, chaat masala, coriander powder, pickle masala. Then add ginger garlic paste to it (optional). After mixing well, add pieces of paneer in it and then keep it to marinate for some time i.e. 5-10 minutes. Then heat oil in a pan and lightly fry the capsicum in this oil and keep it aside. Then fry the marinated paneer well in the same pan. Now take roti and spread tandoori cheese spread on it. Now add oregano and spread. Then put cheese in the middle and also put capsicum on top of it. Now roll the roti and apply foil paper or butter paper at the bottom. You can also cut the roll into two pieces and keep it in a tiffin.
