This is because eggs are not only rich in nutrition but are also easy to make. Winter season brings with itself coldness and laziness. That’s why people look for something that doesn’t require much effort or time to make. Many people like to eat boiled eggs, while others eat them by frying them. Some people also make egg vegetable, but eating the same type of vegetable starts getting boring. If you too are bored of eating egg curry, then add fenugreek flavor this time. With this you can also prepare dry vegetables or salt. But today we will tell you an easy recipe of egg fenugreek vegetable, which is very easy to make. You just have to follow the tips given by us.

Egg Methi Bhurji Recipe

First of all, clean and wash fenugreek leaves and cut them. Then heat oil and ghee in a pan. When the ghee becomes hot, fry chopped green chillies, garlic in it till it turns light brown. When it is fried, add onion and fry it till it becomes golden. After frying onion, add turmeric, red chilli powder and salt. Then add tomato and cook until it becomes soft. Now add chopped fenugreek leaves and cook while stirring for 2-3 minutes. Crack the eggs directly into the pan and cook on low flame while mixing. Keep stirring continuously, so that the egg gets cooked properly. Then add garam masala on top and mix well. After mixing, garnish with coriander leaves and serve it with roti.

Egg Fenugreek Bhurji
Use fenugreek to make scrambled eggs tasty.

Material
Eggs- 4
Fresh fenugreek leaves – half cup
finely chopped
Onion- 1 medium
finely chopped
Garlic-3 cloves
Turmeric powder- half teaspoon
Red chilli powder – half teaspoon
Tomato- 1
finely chopped
Green chilli- 2
Garam masala- half teaspoon
Salt- as per taste
Oil or Ghee – 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves – for garnish

Method
Step 1:
First of all, clean and wash fenugreek leaves and cut them. Then heat oil and ghee in a pan.

Step 2:
When the ghee becomes hot, add chopped green chillies, garlic and fry till it turns light brown.

Step 3:
When fried, add onion and fry until golden.

Step 4:
After frying onion, add turmeric, red chilli powder and salt. Then add tomato and cook until it becomes soft.

Step 5:
Crack the eggs directly into the pan and cook on low flame while mixing.

Step 6:
Then add garam masala on top and mix well.

Step 7:
After mixing, garnish with coriander leaves and serve it with roti.
