Caramel and things made from caramel are very tasty in taste. Although there are many types of kheer like jaggery kheer, almond kheer, cashew kheer or mango kheer etc. But making caramel kheer is also easy. At the same time, whether children or adults, everyone will like its taste very much. You can serve it as a dessert to the guests who come to the house, so let’s know how caramel kheer is made….

Ingredients to make Caramel Kheer-

a bowl of soaked rice
Full cream milk 1 liter
Chopped cashews, almonds, pistachios
one cup sugar
Ghee half teaspoon
Water as needed

How to make Caramel Kheer? (How to make Caramel Kheer)
To make Caramel Kheer, first heat ghee in a pan.
– Then add chopped dry fruits in it and fry till it becomes light golden.
– After this, fry them for about two minutes and take them out in a vessel.
Then you add milk to it and leave it to heat.
– After this, add 2-3 green cardamom powder and saffron in it.
Then you add the soaked rice into it and cook while stirring continuously until it thickens.
– After this, take another pan to make caramel.
Then add sugar and one teaspoon water and mix.
After this, keep the gas flame on medium high flame.
– Then cook it while stirring continuously until the color of sugar changes.
– After this, add two-three spoons of water and mix it.
Then you cook it for 1 minute and turn off the gas.
– After this, mix the prepared caramel well in the cooking kheer.
Then you cook it for at least 4-5 minutes and turn off the gas.
Now your delicious caramel kheer is ready.
– Then decorate it with roasted dry fruits and serve it chilled.
