How to make Paneer Kofta
To make Paneer Kofta, first of all add cheese, grated potatoes, ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander leaves, coriander powder, cumin powder and a little mustard oil in a bowl and knead it well. Prepare the dough. Now heat oil in a pan, cut the dough into small pieces and fry them in the oil, giving them the shape of koftas. Now take out the fried koftas in a plate.
To make gravy for kofta, take another pan, add some oil in it and heat it. When the oil is hot, add cinnamon, green cardamom, black cardamom, cloves, bay leaves and cumin seeds and fry. After this, add chopped onion, ginger garlic paste in the pan and fry till it becomes light golden. After the onion turns golden, add red chilli and coriander powder, add tomato puree and cook. When the tomatoes are cooked, add some milk to the pan and cook on low flame. After this, beat 3 to 4 spoons of curd well in the pan and add some sugar along with it. Cook the gravy for 15 minutes until it thickens. After this, put the fried koftas in the gravy and leave it for 5 minutes. After adding salt as per taste to the gravy, garnish the gravy by cutting green coriander leaves. Your Paneer Kofta is ready. You can serve it with roti, paratha or naan.
