How to make Spicy Paneer
-Making spicy paneer is very easy but most of the people don’t make it. To make it, you have to do two more steps than making paneer.
First of all, take two liters of full cream and put it in a vessel for boiling.
-Now wash the coriander leaves thoroughly and chop them finely.
-Similarly, chop the green chillies very finely and keep aside.
-To tear the paneer, take one spoon of white vinegar and mix it with two spoons of water. So that the paneer can be torn slowly.
-Boil the milk on high flame so that it boils in less time.
-When the milk becomes very hot and is about to boil after some time, then put all the spices in it.
First of all add half a teaspoon of cumin.
-Also add black pepper powder, crushed red chillies. Also add finely chopped green chillies.
-Stir everything with the help of a ladle. Now add finely chopped coriander leaves. If you want to enhance the taste even more, you can also add crushed kasuri methi to it.
– Mix everything and stir.
-When the milk boils, lower the gas flame and slowly add vinegar.
-The whole paneer will tear easily. Just when it tears, stir it well and let it cool slightly.
– Then filter it with the help of a cloth and wrap the cloth and place a heavy tawa or roti rolling board on it. So that the paneer becomes absolutely plain and set.
– In just three to four hours the paneer will be completely set, take it out and the market-like spicy paneer is ready at home, if you make pakodas or rolls, tikka or vegetable from this paneer then it becomes delicious.
