If you want to make your morning breakfast even more special then make pea toast without bread like this, the way to make it is easy.

Lifestyle News Desk, Fresh peas taste different in winter. With its help people prepare different types of dishes. If you like eating peas then you can prepare tasty toast with its help. These toasts can be prepared quickly at home and can also be kept in children’s tiffin boxes. The good thing is that you can prepare it without bread also. See the easy way to make it.

To make pea toast you need-
two cups fresh peas

two tablespoons green coriander

3-4 green chillies

a cup of semolina

Celery

chili flakes

salt as per taste

finely chopped capsicum

finely chopped onion

finely chopped green chillies

half teaspoon oregano

mozzarella cheese

ghee or butter

How to make pea toast-
To make pea toast, take 2 cups of fresh peas, add some green coriander and green chillies in a mixer jar and grind them well. Do not make a very smooth paste. Now add 1 cup semolina to this paste. Then add some spices like celery, salt, chili flakes. Now add half cup water and mix well. Now keep this paste aside for 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile prepare the stuffing of the toast. For this, mix together some finely chopped capsicum, finely chopped onion, chilli pieces, oregano, salt and mozzarella cheese. When preparation is done, make sandwiches. For this, take a sandwich griller and pour the batter evenly in it. Put some stuffing on top of it and cover it evenly with the batter again. Now cook on low flame for 10 minutes. If you are using an electronic toaster, cook it until cooked from both sides. Cut the toast and enjoy with ketchup or chutney.
