If you do a job, do you also have PF? Actually, it depends on the number of employees in the company whether your PF account will open. There are government rules for this. Employees Provident Fund Organization takes care of PF accounts.
Every month a fixed amount is deducted from the salary of the employee and deposited in his PF account. After this, the government pays annually on the money deposited in the account. But many times there are cases where the company does not deposit money in the PF account of the employees. In such a situation, if you want, you can complain to the company.
Actually, first of all you have to check whether money is being deposited in your account every month. For this you can check your passbook. Where you will know whether the company is depositing money every month in your PF account.
If you find out that the company has not deposited money in your PF account, you can contact your company’s Human Resource Department i.e. HR. After this, tell HR that money has not been deposited in your PF account. You can also ask HR department why money is not being deposited in your PF account. If HR gives you a clear answer to this and the PF money is deposited in your PF account, then it is good otherwise you can complain to the company.
