Follow simple steps to block
1. Whenever your phone is stolen or lost, first go to sancharsathi.gov.in site.
2. After this go to Citizen Central Services
3. There you will see 2 options, first if your phone is lost and second know your mobile connection.
4. Then click on the first option that is to block the mobile phone
5. As soon as you click on it, you will see 3 options, the first to block the phone, the second to unlock the phone and the third to check your status.
6. Click on the first option to block, fill the information lost phone number, the name of the device, model number, bill, losing place, day, time etc.
7. After this the complainant will have to give his information.
8. Then you have to fill the captcha and give your current mobile number.
If your information is found correct, then your number will be blocked in a few hours. Your complaint will be lodged at the nearest police station. In such a situation, if you get your phone, then you can come back to this portal and unblock it.
