Abstinence and Vigilance: Life is also friend and enemies. It is said that the one who has no enemy is doing nothing in his life. In such a situation, he has no friend. This does not mean that we deliberately make people enemies. If we are living our life in our own way, then it is natural to have enemies. Some enemies are normal and some are dangerous. That is, an enemy who has captured the heart. Do not take life lightly. Now such enemies have to be cleverly avoided, otherwise there is no confidence that when, where and how to harm you. The policy of Garuda Purana states that vigilance and cleverness should be used to deal with enemies. Enemies continue to try to harm us. In such a situation, if we do not show cleverness, then we will have to suffer losses. Therefore, the enemy should control using policy according to its nature.
The clothes should be clean and fragrant: if you want to be rich, rich or fortunate then it is important that you wear clean, beautiful and fragrant clothes. According to Garuda Purana, the good fortune of those people who wear dirty clothes. Lakshmi never comes in the house where there are people wearing dirty clothes. Due to which the good fortune of that house also goes away and poverty makes its house. It has been observed that people who are rich and have all the comforts, but still they wear dirty clothes, their wealth is gradually destroyed. Therefore, we should wear clean and fragrant clothes so that the grace of Mahalakshmi remains on us.
Protection of knowledge by practice: No matter how difficult it is, question, knowledge, learning or remembering, it can be preserved only by practice. By practicing, a person is not only proficient in the above knowledge, but never forgets him. Knowledge is destroyed without practice. If we do not practice knowledge or learning from time to time, it will forget. According to Garuda Purana, it is believed that whatever we study, it must be practiced once. So that that knowledge sits well in our brain.
Healthy body: A healthy body is obtained only by eating balanced food. A person gets health from food and he becomes ill by food. Food is the main source of our body. More than half of our diseases are always due to unbalanced food. Due to which our digestive system does not work properly. Therefore, we should always consume easily digested food. With such food, the digestive system works properly and the body gets complete energy from food. The digestive system remains healthy and due to this we avoid diseases. Ekadashi fast is described as the best in scriptures and Puranas. Its glory is very described in Garuda. A person who observes Ekadashi fast is protected from all crises. He definitely gets the benefit of that fast. There are some rules to keep Ekadashi fast. This fast should be kept as per rules. On this day, only fruit should be done. Do not do any kind of addiction, only then this fast gives fruits. According to astrologers, keeping it ends any bad effect of the moon.
Understand the importance of Tulsi: In addition to Garuda Purana, many other Puranas also describe the importance of Tulsi. Keeping basil at home provides relief from all types of diseases. A person cannot have any disease by consuming it daily. Tulsi opens the paths stopped by giving them a place in their house and pouring water in it. All physical and mental disorders are removed by consuming it in the offerings of God. After worshiping Lord Vishnu, worshiping it gives good results.

According to the Gurud Purana, no one can save people who have dirty people who do dirty work on the holy places (temple etc.), cheat good people, in exchange for someone’s favor, no one can save people who question the existence of religion, Vedas, Puranas and scriptures from hell.
