History of Family Day
For your information, let us know that for the first time in 1994, International Family Day was celebrated. But about 5 years ago, the importance of the family was discussed for the first time in a meeting of the United Nations General Assembly in 1989. In 1993, a proposal to celebrate International Family Day was passed on 15 May every year on the basis of recommendations submitted by the Social Development Commission and the Economic and Social Council.
