Dragon fruit is peeled and its inside part is eaten and only about 100 grams of it should be eaten. Eating it in large quantity can cause diarrhea. This fruit is grown in abundance in Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand and Israel. Slowly, it is being cultivated in India as well.
