Jain Recipe:Everyone has their own way of making dal. Many people use onions, tomatoes and ginger to make tempering in protein-rich lentils. But if you do not feel like eating lentils by adding onion and ginger, then you can make Jain special dal tadka. Very few ingredients are needed to make it, although it tastes great.

Dal, Tomato, Amiya, Green Chilli, Cumin, Asafoetida, Salt, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Green Coriander and Ghee.

To make it, first boil the lentils by adding salt and turmeric and till the lentils are boiling, wash and finely chop green chillies, tomatoes, amiya. Now the dal will have boiled. Put ghee in a pan and heat it and then crackle cumin and asafetida in it. Now add tomatoes, green chilies to it and then let it cook well. Add spices to the tomatoes and let the spices prepare well. Add amiya to the tomatoes and then mix well. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes and then add lentils to it. Let it come to a boil and then add some garam masala to it and serve it with green coriander. Jain special recipe is ready.

If you want to make pulses in a quick way, then chop green chilies, add salt, turmeric and boil them and then prepare the tempering in a spoon on the other side. For this, heat ghee and then add cumin and asafetida and crackle it. Pour this tempering into the dal and then mix it well. Garnish with coriander and serve.
