material
condensed milk- 500 grams
Spice cardamom- 3/4 tsp
rose water- 1 tbsp
ground cashew nuts- 10 grams
grated cheese- 250 grams
Sugar- 1 tablespoon
ground pistachios- 10
saffron- 8 strand
Method of making fondant-
Step-1. Take a thick bottomed pan, add condensed milk, grated paneer and sugar and boil it on low flame while stirring continuously.
Step-2. When this mixture becomes a thick paste of thick paste, take it off the flame and add cardamom powder to it.
Step-3. Now put it on a plate or plate greased with ghee and spread it well with the help of a spatula.
Step-4. After this sprinkle dry fruits on it and press it with light hands.
Step-5. Now after it cools down to room temperature, keep it in the fridge to set.
Step-6. After the dessert is well frozen, cut it into desired shapes and enjoy this delicious dessert.
