Bitter gourd kebab-
2 bitter gourds
1 tsp cumin
1 tbsp chopped ginger
100 grams spinach
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 cup khoya
1/2 cup besan
1 tbsp ghee
2 tbsp minced garlic
100 grams green beans
200 grated potatoes
5 almonds
50 grams corn
salt as required
Method of making Bitter gourd Seekh Kebab-
First of all heat ghee in a pan. Now add cumin, garlic, ginger and fry till golden brown. Now add bitter gourd, beans, potato, black pepper and salt. Let it cook for about two minutes. Then add almonds, khoya and corn. Now add roasted gram flour to it and knead the dough of the mixture. Make kebabs from this flour, put the tandoor in it for roasting and keep it inside the tandoor for roasting. After roasting, serve with mint and chilli chutney.
