Shashakasana: According to Baba Ramdev, while doing Shashakasana, the body becomes like a rabbit, hence it is called Shashakasana. Then bend both your feet backwards and place them behind the hips and sit on the heels. Then take a deep breath and raise both your hands upwards. Now while exhaling, bring the hands forward and tilt the head down as well.
Chinmaya Mudra: According to Baba Ramdev, by doing Chinmaya Mudra asana, energy is transmitted in our body. Due to this, digestion power becomes faster and our appetite increases. To do this asana, first of all sit comfortably on the floor. Then place your hands on the thighs. Press the finger with your thumb and release the other three. Keep them in Gyan Mudra and take a deep breath. Stay in this posture for two minutes.
