The video claims that this laddu is a prasad received by a devotee from Srisailam Devasthanam Temple. Saraschandra said in this post that he immediately complained to the executive officer of the temple.

While receiving the prasad, he found cockroaches in Laddu. He then asked the executive officer of the temple to investigate the matter and solve the problem.
