To increase the taste and appetite of food, people prepare and eat different types of chutneys according to the season. Coriander-mint chutney is very tasty in summer and guava chutney in winter. Guavas have arrived in the market. In such a situation, if you also want to prepare chutney from guava, then try this easy recipe. To make this chutney, first the guava is roasted. Which enhances the taste and aroma of this chutney. So let us know how to make tasty winter special guava chutney.

Ingredients to make Roasted Guava Chutney

-1 guava

– 1 finely chopped green chilli

– 1 inch chopped ginger

-A handful of green coriander

– Juice of 1/2 lemon

-1/2 tsp cumin

-Salt as per taste

-Water as required

How to make Roasted Guava Chutney

To make roasted guava chutney, first wash the guava thoroughly. After that, put a knife in the guava and fry it while rotating it for 4 minutes on high flame of the gas while holding it well with the help of the knife. Fry the guava while turning it continuously until its skin turns black. Once the guava is roasted well, keep it aside to cool. Now remove the roasted black peel of the guava, wash it, cut the guava, add green chillies, ginger, green coriander, lemon juice, cumin, salt and a little water in the mixer and blend it. After grinding the chutney, take it out in a serving bowl. Your tasty roasted guava chutney is ready.
