A frightening incident has come to light in an Indigo flight going from Delhi to Lucknow, when a passenger’s seat began to move loudly after flying, causing a ‘mini heart attack’. He recorded a video of the incident on Instagram, after which the airline apologized and assured an inquiry.

Daksha Sethi (@Thewolfofjobstreet) wrote on Instagram, “It was a terrible feeling when it happened for the first time. I had never experienced so before. The seats were really moving back and forth.” He said that the crew immediately made him sit on the vacant seats and arranged maintenance personnel to inspect the problem after landing.

The passenger said, “This is not a big problem, but I would not like that a sick elderly person sat in such a seat in the middle of the flight.” In the video, he and two other passengers are seen sitting in a row, which suddenly starts moving. Later Sethi described this experience as frightening and said that this is a sign of poor maintenance of the aircraft.

The airline commented on Sethi’s video. The airline wrote, “Thank you for taking time out to talk to us. “Please be convinced, your response is being taken very seriously and will be thoroughly investigated. We understand that our crew immediately responded to addressing the situation and provided you an alternative seat. Our customers’ safety and comfort is our top priority. We appreciate your response and we all our customers give you a safe, harass free and enjoyable travel experience to give you a safe, harass free and enjoyable travel experience. Indigo. “

Social media users received mixed reaction to this incident. One user wrote, “Byos – bring your seat yourself”. Another user wrote, “I liked that you shared your experience and did not blame the airline for not doing your work properly. It says a lot about you.” The third user wrote, “This is happening a lot nowadays due to lack of competition. IndiGo is in the worst condition in the last 7/8 months. I have traveled 2 times with @indigols, both seats were damaged.”
