How to reduce 10 kg weight in 2 months

High protein diet- Include high protein items in food. Due to which you do not feel hungry for a long time. By doing this, digestion slows down and hormones that increase appetite also decrease. So that you avoid eating more food.

Eat food in a small plate- Always eat food in a small plate. This will make you feel less food and the brain will signal that you have eaten a lot of food. This will fill your stomach quickly.

Stay away from sugar- remove sugar by eating. Sugar has the highest calories. Due to which the weight of the body starts increasing quickly. Natural sugar can be consumed in fruits. But stop eating sugar and other sweet things.

Fasting- Fasting plays effective rolls in weight loss. For this, you should eat dinner till 7 o’clock and take the first mile at 10 am. In this way you do fasting of 15 hours. Which burns excess fat. Apart from this, start fasting for 1 day a week.

Drinking water from time to time- Drinking water keeps your stomach full, due to which you are not able to eat much food. However, drinking water should be avoided in between food. Drink 1 glass of water before eating. Keep the body completely hydrated for weight loss.

Exercise- For weight loss, exercise with diet at the right time is equally important. To reduce obesity, choose an exercise that you like to do. With this you can stay fit for a long time.
