Diwali 2024 Bhog Recipe: If you want to make white colored Prasad to offer to Goddess Lakshmi on Diwali, then make laddus prepared from dates, makhana and dry fruits quickly without turning on the gas.
Offerings are also necessary for the worship of Goddess Lakshmi on Diwali. Actually, Goddess Lakshmi likes white colored offerings, hence people offer kheer etc. to Mata Rani. But if you want to try something new in your Diwali offering then make stuffed laddus with makhana and milk. Note down the simple recipe, which will be ready instantly without burning the gas.
Ingredients for making stuffed laddus
half cup sugar
cardamom three to four
Cashews 1/4 cup
2 cups of makhana
milk 1/4 cup
1/3 cup pitted dates
two spoons poppy seeds
Stuffed Laddus Recipe
-First of all, fry the makhana thoroughly and grind it.
-Also grind cashew nuts and make powder.
-Put sugar and cardamom together in a mixer and grind them to make a powder.
-Now add one cup of milk powder and three to four spoons of milk, put all the ingredients in a bowl, mix and knead it like dough.
-To make the mixture, the quantity of milk may be more than four spoons. Keep this mixture covered.
-Now mix deseeded dates, cashews, almonds and roasted poppy seeds in a mixer jar and grind them.
-Take out all these grinded things in a bowl.
-Now prepare small tablets of date mixture.
-Now take the kneaded makhana dough, make a small ball out of it, make it round with your hands and flatten it and prepare the ball for filling.
-Place a small ball of dates in the middle and make a round shape, set it and prepare laddu.
Tasty and healthy laddus made from dry fruits are ready.
