Godda. In our India, in this era, a diabetes patient is found in almost every house. As this disease gets old, it starts having a deep effect on the kidneys, eyes and BP of the body. People have to take allopathic medicines for this disease throughout their lives. And along with diabetes, medicines have to be taken for kidney, BP and eye problems. But without medicines, you can control diabetes throughout your life by doing this special yoga pranayam every morning. In which you will have to do Kapal Bhati exercise along with walking for half an hour every morning.

Which Pranayama should be done?
Godda’s Patanjali Yoga Guru Nirmal Keshari told Local 18 that sugar (diabetes) can be controlled through regular yoga and pranayama. For which morning time is ideal to practice it. Kapalbhati Pranayama has to be done daily. Because it strengthens the abdominal muscles. It promotes the body’s metabolism. Along with this, walking for half an hour every morning is a normal physical activity which improves blood circulation. It helps in controlling weight.

But keep this in mind
Along with practising yoga and pranayama properly, a balanced diet and lifestyle improvement is also necessary. If a person is already dependent on medicines, then a doctor should be consulted before adopting these methods. Yoga and ancient medical practices can be helpful, but they cannot completely replace medicines.
