To make Chandrakala you need-
400 gms refined flour
300 grams sugar

20 to 30 cashew nuts, broken
a handful of broken pistachios

How to make
To make it, boil the milk till it thickens like khoya and take it out. Then add sugar, ground cashews, almonds, pistachios and mix well till the sugar dissolves completely. Now add cardamom powder and mix well. Thicken it well.
Now knead the flour. For this, add salt to the flour. Add enough water and knead the dough like a puri well. Roll out small puris of the dough and add 1 to 2 teaspoons of milk-dry fruit filling. Now cover it with another puri. Apply water on the edges to stick it. Then close it like a Gujiya. Prepare all of them in the same way.
Then heat ghee in a pan and fry the prepared Chandrakala till it turns golden. After dipping them lightly in sugar syrup, garnish them with saffron threads. You can also sprinkle pishka powder on it.
