Oats kulfi recipe

First step- To make Oats Kulfi, first you have to grind 4 spoon plane oats, a green cardamom and 10-10 cashews, almonds and raisins in a mixer and grind it well.
Second step- Now you have to soak a pinch of saffron in 2 cups toned milk. Wait to leave the color of saffron for a while.
Third step- Take out the powder and saffron milk of oats-cardi-dry fruits in a vessel and then mix everything well.
Fourth Step- Offer this mixture on the medium flame on the gas. Let this mixture be boiled for about 3 minutes.
Fifth step- Now add one spoon jaggery and 3 spoon honey to this mixture. Now let this mixer become a little thick.
Sixth Step- Finally you can also add a little saffron thread and finely chopped dry fruits to Oats Kulfi.
Seventh step- After this you can keep this kulfi in the fridge to cool down. When the mixture of Kulfi cools down, put it in Kulfi mold.
Eighth Step- Now you can keep Oats Kulfi in the fridge for 6-9 hours.
