Rava uttapam recipe
It is advisable to eat light and hot food during the rainy season. For this, there can be nothing better than eating South Indian. However, to make it in a traditional way, you have to prepare the batter first and then it has to be kept for firmmentation. But if you want, you can also make idli and uttapam with semolina. Which is called Rava uttapam. Semolina is easily found in every house. You can make tasty uttapam with semolina within just a few minutes. Know the semolina rava uttapam recipe.

Step-1- To make semolina uttapam, you have to take 1 cup fine semolina. If there is a normal semolina in your house, then grind it lightly in a grinder, so that semolina particles become fine. Now take out the semolina in a bowl and add 3/4 cup thick sour curd to it. Add water according to the need. The solution is neither thinner nor kept too thick. Now keep this solution to set for half an hour.
Step-2- Till then make coconut or peanut chutney for the mine. For the sauce, grind 1 cup chopped coconut, a little green coriander, 5-6 mint leaves and 1 inch piece of ginger, 3 green chillies, 2 teaspoons of roasted gram, 2 teaspoons of curd and salt and grind the sauce.
Step-3- To apply tempering in the chutney, prepare the tempering by adding 1 teaspoon mustard oil, a little mustard, 1 teaspoon urad dal, 10-12 curry leaves, 2 dry red chillies in a pan. Now put this tempering in the prepared coconut sauce.
Step-4- Now check the batter of uttapam once. The semolina must have swelled well when the time is over. Mix and if the batter is thick, mix some water and smooth it. Add salt, half a teaspoon of cumin, a little finely chopped green chili to the batter. Add a little ginger paste and finely chopped coriander.
Step-5- Mix all the things well in the batter. Now add 1/4 tsp baking powder and mix the batter once again. Cut fine onion, tomato capsicum and green coriander for uttapam.
Step-5- Take a non stick pan or dosa pan will also run. Grease it lightly and clean it with a napkin. Now spread uttapam’s batter like a thick cheela. Add onion, tomato, coriander and capsicum and press it with spatula. To bring the test in vegetables, sprinkle light chaat masala, salt and pepper powder.
Step-6- Cook by covering for about 3-4 minutes and then turn it out with this comfort. In the second way, bake the uttapam lightly. Similarly, prepare all the uttapams and eat them with coconut chutney or sambar.
