Fifth step- Now add 6 curry leaves and a pinch of asafetida in this pan and fry for a few seconds.
Sixth step- Finally mix this tempering well in peanut paste. Your peanut sauce is ready to serve.
You can serve peanut chutney not only with idli and dosa but also with lentils and rice and roti. Peanut chutney can also prove beneficial for your health. However, to get better results, peanut chutney should be consumed only by staying in the limit or else your health can also have a negative effect instead of positive.
