Method of making Puran Poli: How to Make Puran Poli
First step: To make Puran Poli, first wash a cup of gram dal and soak it in water for 7 to 8 hours and then cook it well after the scheduled time. As long as the gram is cooking, make jaggery syrup on another gas. Dissolve jaggery in water and make thick syrup.
Second step: Now remove the gram from the cooker and grind them finely in the mixer. After grinding, put it in jaggery syrup and mix well. Now add saffron and cardamom powder to it. Keep in mind that the syrup should not be too thin nor too thick. Now keep it covered.
Third Step: Now, you are very soft and soft and soft. After kneading, apply ghee on it so that the dough remains soft. Take dough dough and make it a polly. Add gram lentils and jaggery syrup mixture to the poli and then turn it off well. Fold the poli and roll a round roti now.
