First step- To make spice buttermilk, you have to first beat yogurt well. If you want, you can also use a grinder jar to whisk yogurt.
Second step- Now you can add cold water or ice pieces in smooth curd. After this you have to add spices in this mixture.
Third step- In this mixture, add roasted cumin, black salt, white salt, asafoetida, green chillies, coriander and mint and mix all the things well.
Fourth step- For a smooth texture, you put this buttermilk in a grinder and let all things mix well for about one to two minutes.
Fifth step- Now take out the masala buttermilk in a glass. Finally, you can use coriander leaves, roasted cumin and ice for garnishing of masala buttermilk.
