Lifestyle News Desk, If someone puts pakodas in front of you amidst drizzling rain, then the pleasure of eating is different. There are many types of pakodas, Poha Pakoda is also one of them which is very tasty and easy to make. Poha Pakoda can be prepared and eaten for breakfast or as a snack during the day. Poha Pakoda can be prepared in a very short time. If you are fond of spicy food then you can try the recipe of Poha Pakora. Boiled potatoes are also used to make Poha Pakoda. Children like the taste of Poha Pakoda very much. If you have never tried the recipe of Poha Pakoda, then you can easily make it with the help of the method given by us.

Ingredients for making Poha Pakoda
Poha – 1/2 cup
Mashed boiled potatoes – 1/2 cup
Chopped green chilli – 1 tsp
Green coriander chopped – 2 tbsp
Cumin – 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Sugar – 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
oil for frying
Salt – as per taste

Poha Pakora Recipe
To make delicious Poha Pakoda, first clean the Poha and wash it thoroughly with water. After this, soak the poha for 10 minutes. – After the stipulated time, take a deep bottomed vessel and add soaked poha in it. After this, boil the potatoes, peel them, mash them and add them to the poha. After this, mash both the things well. Now add green coriander, green chilli, cumin, red chilli powder, sugar, lemon juice and salt as per taste in this mixture.

Now put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. When the oil becomes hot, take the prepared mixture in your hands, make pakodas and put them in the pan. Add pakodas as per the capacity of the pan and fry them till they become golden brown from both the sides. After this, take out the pakodas in a plate. Similarly, prepare crunchy poha pakodas from the whole mixture. Serve it with green chutney or tomato sauce.
