Papad Mangodi sabzi is made a lot in Rajasthani homes, but if you want a different taste in food, then you can make this sabzi. Papad and Mangodi are the main ingredients for this. We are telling you to make this vegetable in two ways. On the day when you or the children of the house do not feel like eating vegetables, then you can quickly prepare this vegetable and serve it to them. They will love the taste of it.
first way
To make it in the first way, you will only need papad, moong dal big, whole red chili, cumin, salt, chili powder, turmeric powder, sour powder, coriander powder and green coriander. For this, first heat oil in a cooker and then add cumin and whole red chilies to it. Then add all the spices except sourness in it. Now break the papad and put the badi in the cooker after crushing it lightly. Add some water and close the lid. Allow 4 to 5 whistles and then switch off the gas. After the cooker cools down, open it and then add sour cream to it and garnish with green coriander. Vegetable is ready. It is slightly dry.
second way
In this method you will need papad with curd, green chili, ginger and tomato, moong dal big, whole red chili, cumin, salt, chili powder, turmeric powder, sour powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder and green coriander . For this, finely chop the tomato, grate the ginger, as well as beat the curd well. Then cut the green chilies just in the middle. Now heat oil in a pan and then add cumin seeds to it. Now add ginger, green chilies and stir and then add chopped tomatoes to it. While the tomatoes are roasting, heat water in a vessel and boil the badi in it and filter it. Now add salt, chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder to the tomatoes and mix well. After a minute, add curd and mix it well, add some water to it, when it comes to a boil, add the pieces of papad as well as add boiled moong. Now when the gravy starts showing well, then add garam masala powder and sour powder to it. Sabzi is ready, garnish with coriander and serve.
