First step- First of all, take one cup wheat flour, a little salt, half a spoon of turmeric powder and one spoon of red chili powder in a bowl.



Second step- Now in the same bowl, add one spoon of whole coriander, five ground black peppers, half spoon of celery, half spoon of cumin and one spoon of dried fenugreek.



Third step- After this, add one spoon chilli flakes, a pinch of garam masala, one spoon crushed garlic, one-fourth spoon asafoetida, two chopped green chillies and green coriander in this bowl.



Fourth step- Now add a finely chopped onion, 4 boiled potatoes and some water and mix all these things well. Make a thick batter of this mixture and let it rest for 5-10 minutes.



Fifth step- After this, prepare a paste of soaked moong dal for about 30 minutes. Mix the moong dal paste in the thick batter.



Sixth step- Now put some ghee on the pan and spread this batter evenly on all sides. When the paratha starts cooking from the bottom, then turn it over and cook it from the other side on medium flame.
