Second step: Now take a pan, offer it on gas and add a little oil to it. Fry it with cashew, cinnamon, cloves and cumin, large cardamom, bay leaves, onions, garlic and ginger. When it frys lightly, add it to the mixer and grind it. After this, cut tomatoes and grind it.
Third step: Now offer the pan on the gas. Add oil and let it be hot completely. When it becomes hot, add a little cumin and asafoetida to it. Whatever you have powered in it, put everything. Now add turmeric, coriander and chili powder and mix. Add salt and cook the spices.
Fourth step: Now, take a pan on the other side, add a little oil and add boiled potatoes and fry it. Fry the potatoes and put it in the spices. Cook everyone well. Put kasuri fenugreek on top of it and keep frying. When colors and fragrances start coming from it, add light water and cook. When cooked, cut the coriander leaves and mix it. Your strength is ready and now serve it comfortably.
