Sabudana Vada Recipe

Everyone from children to the elderly likes its taste. This recipe is ready in minutes. Sabudana, boiled potatoes, peanuts are used to make Sabudana Vada. Ingredients for making Sabudana Vada
Sabudana – 2 cups, peanuts – 1 cup, boiled potatoes – 2, chopped green chilies – 4-5, black pepper powder, salt according to taste, chopped coriander leaves, oil – for frying
Method for making Sabudana Vada:
First step: To make Sabudana Vada, first wash the sabudana at night and soak it in a vessel. In the morning, place a pan on the gas and roast the peanuts on medium flame. After roasting the peanuts, put the potatoes on the gas to boil.
Second step: Now grind the peanuts finely. After that transfer the soaked sabudana to another vessel and wipe the water thoroughly. Now mash the boiled potatoes, add black pepper powder, crushed peanuts, finely chopped green chilies and salt as per taste and mix this mixture well. The mixture of sabudana vada is ready. Now take the mixture in your hand and give them the shape of vada.
Step 3: Now heat oil in a pan. Add sabudana vadas in hot oil and deep fry them from both sides. After frying for some time, flip the sabudana vadas and deep fry from the other side. Fry sabudana vadas until they become crispy and golden on both sides. Serve the tasty sabudana vadas with green coriander chutney.
