Make spicy fried rice from leftover rice, you will become crazy about its spicy taste

Rice is cooked daily in most homes and sometimes more rice is cooked. In such a situation, no one likes to eat the leftover rice. Most people eat the leftover rice by frying it with onions and tomatoes. But if you don’t like this either, then make spicy fried rice from these rice. See the method of making it.

Material

2 cups leftover rice

3 tbsp oil

a star anise

1 tsp finely chopped garlic

1/2 teaspoon finely chopped ginger

half a cup finely chopped cabbage

Half cup finely chopped capsicum

1 tablespoon chopped green onion whites

2 tbsp finely chopped French beans

2 tablespoons finely chopped carrots

2 tablespoons spring onion greens

1 cup Paneer (cottage cheese) shredded

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon vinegar

1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder

How to Make Fried Rice

Heat oil in a pan. Then first add star anise and fry for a few seconds or till the oil smells fragrant. Add garlic, ginger and fry for a few seconds. There is no need to brown the garlic. Add the white part of the spring onion and fry for about 2 minutes. Then add the finely chopped French beans. Stir and fry. Then add the paneer and the rest of the finely chopped vegetables. Increase the heat to cook all the vegetables well. Stir the vegetables continuously. Vegetables are fried on high heat to retain their crispness. Then add soy sauce, salt and pepper. Add rice while mixing vigorously. Stir and fry for a few minutes until the sauce coats the rice well. When everything is mixed, garnish with green onion leaves and serve.
