To make jam from grapes, you have to take fresh ripe green grapes and wash them well in water 2-3 times and clean them. Now take a large jar of a mixer and grind it well by adding grapes and sugar as per taste. Sugar will be grinded well in grape juice. Now take it out in a vessel and take a thick sieve filtering juice. Sieve grapes and sugar juice with the help of sieve. It has to be filtered by taking out the pulp well with a spoon. Now once again grind the remaining grape pulp in the grinder and grind it. Now filter it again. Place a pan or pan on the gas and allow it to heat up. Now add grapes and sugar solution to it and keep stirring continuously. When this mixture is cooked lightly, then add half lemon juice and then mix 1 pinch of green food color. While mixing all the things, you have to cook the grape juice till it thickens. When these grape juice starts getting light thick, turn off the gas and let it cool down.
