Recipe to make Gujia without lost
First step- First of all grind dates, cashews, figs, raisins well in the grinder. Remember, the mixer jar should be very dry and not even a drop of water or moisturize in grinding.
Second step- Take out the thick paste of ready dry fruits in a bowl, mix poppy seeds, raisins as well as sugar or khand whatever is taken. You will see that a little powder -like stuffing will be ready.
Third step- After that, make dough dough and roll the small puris. Now fill 1-1 teaspoon of stuffing in it and prepare Gujia and keep it covered with cotton cloth on one side.
Fourth step- Fry Gujiya in any oil or ghee later. The gujiya of the house full of your extreme taste and health is ready. On Holi, enjoy these homemade Gujia yourself and also feed your friend relatives.
Note- Putting dates brings both taste and sweetness to stuffing, adding desi khand, boora or sugar and semolina make a little powder form in stuffing which is easy to fill in Gujia and does not burst into baked.
