Go to IRCTC website or mobile app.
Choose the option of ‘cancell tickets’.

Along with your train ticket, metro tickets will also be canceled.
Note:
This facility will work only when you have booked the metro ticket through IRCTC.
If you have booked the metro ticket DMRC app, WhatsApp or other app, it will not be canceled online.
Ticket validity:
Your metro ticket remains valid for the day you have booked.
The ticket remains valid from 2 days before the journey from 2 days after the journey.
