These farmers cannot take advantage of the scheme
The benefit of PM Kisan Yojana cannot be availed by those farmers whose family members are already beneficiaries of this scheme. This simply means that only one person out of father and son will be eligible for this scheme. Those who do not have their own agricultural land. The age of the applicant should not be less than 18 years on 01.02.2019.
Government servant
Whose family members are serving/retired officers/employees/present/former officers of Central/State Government departments and regional offices/Public Sector Undertakings and employees of Government affiliated/autonomous institutions (excluding Class IV employees). Whose family members are holding/holding constitutional posts. Whose family members are former/present ministers of the Central/State.
Income Tax Payers
Those farmers whose family members have paid income tax in the previous year cannot avail the benefit of PM Kisan Yojana.
When will the 18th installment be released?
Those whose family member is registered and practicing as Doctor/Engineer/Lawyer/Chartered Accountant/Architect with the relevant professional body cannot avail the benefit of this scheme.
When will the 18th installment be released?
So far 17 installments have been released under the scheme and now farmers are waiting for the 18th installment. The 18th installment of PM Kisan Yojana can be paid in October. However, the release date of the 18th installment has not yet been officially revealed.
