Mulberry papad recipe

First step- first take 2 cups of fresh mulberry. Take two plums i.e. plums with it. Now take two tablespoons jaggery, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tsp chaat masala, 2 to 3 tablespoons of water.

Second step- First of all take out the dirt of mulberry and plum and wash it thoroughly. After washing both of them thoroughly, you turn on the gas and put both mulberry and plums in a pan. Add water over it. Cover with a lid and let it cook for 10 minutes.

Third step- After 10 minutes, mulberry and plum will go to soft. Turn off the gas and now mash both of them with masher. Add 2 tablespoons of jaggery, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tsp chaat masala on top of it. Cook everything for a while.

Fourth Step- Say butter paper on a tray. After this, spread the mixture prepared with mulberry and plums and spread it to cool. After cooling, dry it in the sun for 1 to 2 days according to the season.

Fifth step- When the papad dries lightly, take it out. Take the sour sweet papad of mulberry. Now take it out of the tray and cut it in any shape according to your account and eat it. Mulberry papad will not spoil for several days. You can also store it and keep it.
