Method of making Singhade laddus-
First of all sieve the water chestnut flour. If the water of water chestnut remains a little thick, then laddus will be soft. Crack the jaggery well. Not a single lump should remain in the jaggery. Fry the chopped nuts lightly on the pan. Heat about 150 grams of ghee in a pan. You will have about 100 grams of ghee left, will use it later. Fry the water chestnut flour on medium flame. When the sweet smell starts coming from the flour and it turns pink, then understand that it has been roasted. Now pour the hot water chestnut flour over the beaten jaggery in such a way that the jaggery is completely covered. With the heat of the flour, the jaggery will become soft and it will be easy to make water chestnut ladoo. Now put dry ginger, ghee and dry fruits on the dough and mix it well with the help of a spoon. Keep in mind that you mix it before the mixture cools down. When the mixture is hot enough that you can touch it with your hands, then mix it well with your hands once. Now you have to make laddus quickly because if the mixture cools down then it will be difficult to make laddus.
Try to make laddus with both hands, this will make them as soon as the mixture is hot.
